👉История появления, по легенде один крестьянин из деревни Вальс (провинция Таррагона), неосторожно/небрежно приготовил лук на гриле, просто пережарил его, и он на вид практически сгорел, но вместо того чтобы выкинуть, он его почистил(снял верхний слой) и обнаружил что внутри лук нежный и вкусный.
Способ приготовления сохраняется до сих пор 😀

Но все же это лук, и питательные свойства у него такие же, то есть большое содержание витаминов и минералов, еще ему приписывают, тонизирующие, пищеварительные и афродизиакные свойства.
