Завтрак:
- каша из голозерного овса с киноа (замочила с ночи, чтобы утром поменьше варить). Давно не покупала именно овёс, решила попробовать, купила наугад на ВБ, а оказалась очень хорошей!

Завтрак в садике с собой:
- оладьи из зелёной гречки и тофу (рецепт в последнем видео на ютуб ) с кешью пастой. Плюс растительное молочко (добавляю в него йод и селен несколько капель)

Обед:
- запечённый картофель
- морковка, микрозелень
- пицца домашняя из чечевицы, хумус

Плюс он поел овощной супчик детсадовский.

Ужин:
- смесь из зелёной и обычной гречки с песто. Плюс выпросил картофель, хотя я ему не планировала на ужин давать его, увидел у папы)
- зелёный горошек
- авокадо, микрозелень.
