Все, что пробовала делать до этого было чем-то средним между печеньем и пряниками, но вот это действительно пряники. Обязательно сделайте глазурь, с ней совсем другой эффект:) ⠀ Можно сделать и без миндальной муки, используя только ржаную муку, но тогда они будут чуть тверже. ⠀ Для строгих веганов мёд можно заменить на сироп топинамбура. ⠀. ⠀ ▫️Ингредиенты▫️ ⠀ 1-ый этап ⠀ ▪️50г воды ⠀ ▪️100г сиропа топинамбура ⠀ ▪️50г растительного масла ⠀ ▪️50г мёда ⠀ ▪️ 1ч.л. соды ⠀ ▪️1ч.л. специй (корица, муск.орех, кардамон, сушеный имбирь) ⠀ ▪️ 70г ржаной муки ⠀ ▪️ 30г миндальной муки ⠀ 2-ой этап ⠀ ▪️ 100г ржаной муки ⠀ ▪️ 30г миндальной муки ⠀ 🍥 Глазурь: ⠀ Смешать 100г пудры (!) кокосового сахара с 4-мя ч.л. воды, добавить щепотку корицы. Смесь выкладывать сверху на пряник, она чуть стечёт и через некоторое время застынет.
