«Находясь в служебном кабинете мне позвонил Адгур Амиранович (кандидат в президенты Адгур Ардзинба), он периодически мне набирает, так как кандидат в президенты имеет право общаться по различным вопросам. В этот раз он попросил приехать к Валерию Бганба в кабинет. Мне показалось странным, но я приехал. Там находились кандидат в президенты Адгур Ардзинба и кандидат в вице-президенты Алхас Джинджал.
Мне задали вопрос по поводу границы - сможем ли мы своими силами обеспечить безопасность рубежей нашей родины. Я сказал, что теоретически это возможно, но затратно. Нужен определенный комплекс технических, финансовых возможностей, которыми мы к сожалению на сегодняшний день не обладаем…
