Китай не поставляет вооружения ни одной из сторон украинского конфликта. Об этом в разговоре с ТАСС сообщил официальный представитель посольства КНР в Вашингтоне Лю Пэнъюй. Так он прокомментировал публикацию Reuters о том, что Китай помогает России наращивать военную мощь.
«Китай не является производителем [вооружений] или стороной, участвующей в конфликте на Украине. Мы играем конструктивную роль в содействии политическому урегулированию. Китай не поставляет оружие ни одной из сторон», — заявил представитель китайской дипмиссии (цитата по ТАСС).

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
