Как ранее сообщала ASTRA, в Торопце находится в/ч 54169 и ее уже как минимум дважды ранее атаковали дроны. Власти региона и Минобороны РФ об этом не сообщали. Как писала ASTRA, в/ч 54169 в городе Торопец была атакована 2 беспилотниками рано утром 29 июня. Оба беспилотника взорвались, на территории войсковой части возник пожар.Как ранее сообщала ASTRA, эту же войсковую часть беспилотник уже атаковал ночью 5 мая. Тогда дрон тоже упал на территории войсковой части, в результате чего возник пожар.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
