Окончила факультет управления Московского государственого университета имени М.В. Ломоносова. Жила за границей, работала юристом. С 2010 по 2017 год Татьяна Мрдуляш владела 100% долей в компании «МФК-Капитал», учрежденной ее мамой еще до поступления на госслужбу.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
