Как-то кажется, что наоборот... Это что, получается, они могут зайти на 300 км вглубь России и, например, около Москвы сбить любой самолёт??? И тогда мы возвращаемся к версии один. И тогда... А потом кто-то удивляется, что народ требует Сталина. Не надо удивляться.
