В г. Салават по материалам прокурорской проверки возбуждено уголовное дело о невыплате заработной платы
❗️Прокуратура г. Салават провела проверку исполнения трудового законодательства в обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Салаватнефтехимпроект».
🌊Установлено, что с июня по октябрь 2024 года у организации перед 30 бывшими работниками образовалась задолженность по заработной плате в размере не менее 500 тыс. рублей.
Прокуратура направила материалы проверки в орган предварительного расследования для решения вопроса об уголовном преследовании.
☑️По результатам их рассмотрения возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 2 ст. 145.1 УК РФ (полная невыплата заработной платы свыше двух месяцев).
Кроме того, в целях восстановления прав граждан прокурор обратился в суд с исковыми заявлениями о взыскании имеющегося долга.
Ход расследования уголовного дела, а также вопрос погашения задолженности в полном объеме находятся на контроле надзорного ведомства.
