Сегодня в городе Большой Камень мужчина разбил стекло в офисе банка и устроил поджог. Огонь быстро потушили. Затем произошла попытка поджога местной администрации (между ней и банком расстояние 300 метров). Убегающий мужчина, пытавшийся поджечь администрацию города, попал на видео. Связаны ли эти случаи между собой, выясняется.
UPD: Вслед за администрацией и банком в Большом Камне поджигатель поджёг машины местной пожарной службы. Его задержали. Предварительно, поджигателю 16-17 лет, его мотивы выясняются.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
