За последние 3 недели количество обращений по вывозу мусора в области сократилось в 3 раза — с более 1200 до 384 в неделю. На сегодняшний день практически на всей территории области удалось прийти к графику вывоза ТКО — не менее одного раза в неделю. Но работа продолжается: доукомплектовывают штат грузчиков и водителей. Главам муниципалитетов дано поручение привести в порядок контейнерные площадки и контейнерный парк, от состояния которых зависит скорость уборки.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
