Первый, якобы, изготовил и сбыл второму, второй, якобы, сбыл третьему. Три разных уголовных дела.
Я защищаю первого в этой цепочке. Каждый по своему делу проходит обвиняемым, а по двум другим свидетелем.
Дела рассматривают в разных судах. Дело по моему подзащитному суд вернул на доследование (я про это писал тут). По двум другим не вернули и рассматривают по существу, сегодня у них было первое судебное заседание.
Так вот, по этим двум назначили судебные заседания на одну и ту же дату и время. И оба суда отложились сегодня из-за неявки свидетелей. Потому что один подсудимый не пришел свидетелем на суд к другому, потому что у него у самого сегодня суд где он в качестве подсудимого )))
