Давно интересно, почему издательство заключает с контрагентами договор после сдачи работы, а не до ее начала? По крайней мере, так заведено в издательствах, которые предлагали мне работу. Получается, что исполнитель должен сдать свою работу без ошибок и вовремя, а издательство ему совсем ничем не обязано, потому что нет нет подписанных документов. Смущает идея работать на одном честном слове.
Очень интересно, в чем причины. И буду рада услышать редакторов издательств, в которых договор все-таки заключается до начала работы. Есть ли такие вообще?
