Вчера в очередной раз я попрощалась со спиной🫠 На этот раз сильнее всего,лежать даже больно,про ходить и наклоняться промолчу. Ночью из-за боли толком не спала,с утра досыпала. Вечером жду Аню,она снова будет спасать мою подвижность💉
Я как завершила тренировки,так и спина стала чаще беспокоить. С работой как устаканится,думаю возвращаться,уже в первую очередь для здоровья.
