Когда смотришь через призму местной оппозиции - ужас ужасный. Что особенно удручает - это большой фонд ветхих домов.

На днях мы показывали, как в Черемхово вручали ключи от новых высоток. Мы показали это не случайно: в городах с сильным менеджментом все программы работают. В Вихоревке же многие годы дома под переселение не строят. И не сносят ветхие. О намерениях строить говорилось много, но ничего не произошло.
