Делюсь рецептом ватрушек!

Ингредиенты

Для теста:
Творог 5% 200 гр
Яйцо 1 шт
Мука ~90 гр
Разрыхлитель 1 ч л
Сахар 3 ч л

Для начинки:
Творог 90 гр
Греческий йогурт 40 гр
Филадельфия легкая 40
Ягоды/ варение по желанию

Приготовление:
•Смешиваем все ингредиенты для теста, если липкое добавьте чуть больше муки
•Катаем шарики из теста, выкладываем на противень
•Не забудьте, смазать пергамент маслом, что бы ватрушки не прилипли
•Стаканом делаем углубление в середине
• Смешиваем для начинки творог, филадельфию, йогурт и выкладываем в центр теста. Можно добавить ягоды сверху
• Ставим в разогретую духовку на 180 грусдов ~15 минут

КБЖУ/ 890 ккл/ 98 у/ 68 б/ 23 ж
На все ватрушки(8), без учета варения
