По данным анализа видеозаписей с камер наружного наблюдения, самолет был поражен первой ракетой на высоте около 4 тысяч метров. Вторая ракета цели не достигла и самоликвидировалась.
Экспертизы подтвердили, что Ил-76 с украинскими пленными был сбит из комплекса Patriot. Следствие располагает сведениями о том, какие подразделения ВСУ имеют на вооружении такие ракетные комплексы.
Таким образом, СК удалось собрать комплекс доказательств, подтверждающих причастность к этому преступлению украинских военных.
