Согласно информации издания, госсекретарь США Марко Рубио в пятницу выпустил новые указания, которые приостанавливают финансирование большинства существующих программ иностранной помощи на 90 дней. Подтверждается, что выделение средств на уже одобренные проекты, включая помощь Украине, временно заморожено.
В указаниях отмечается, что дальнейшие решения о продолжении, изменении или прекращении программ будут приняты после завершения анализа, который должен быть представлен через 85 дней.
