🇷🇺 Действие экспортных квот на минеральные удобрения из России продлили на 2024 год. Ограничения будут действовать с 1 июня по 30 ноября этого года.
Совокупный объём квоты составит свыше 19,7 млн тонн, из которых на азотные удобрения приходится более12,4 млн тонн, на сложные около 7,3 млн тонн. При этом указанные квоты не будут распространяться на поставку удобрений в Абхазию и Южную Осетию.
Решение было принято правительством РФ с целью поддержки внутреннего рынка и обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
