В рекомендациях говорится, что размер студии должен начинаться от 28 квадратных метров, «однушки» — от 36 кв. м., двухкомнатной квартиры — от 49 кв. м., а «трешка» должна быть не менее 66 кв. м.
Эти требования ранее были закреплены для новостроек Москвы и Подмосковья, а теперь рекомендованы и остальным субъектам.
