Надзорники в 2023 году пресекали факты незаконной передачи муниципалитетами земельных участков в собственность и аренду, отсутствия на территории сельских поселений республики программ по охране и использованию земель.
Кроме того, сотрудники прокуратуры в прошлом году выявляли нарушения при выдаче участков многодетным семьям.
«В суды предъявлено 142 иска указанного характера, 98 из которых к настоящему времени удовлетворены, остальные находятся на рассмотрении», — сообщили в прокуратуре КЧР.
