Ещё соскучилась по мужу, он рассказывал про свою встречу и там была фраза «быт определяет сознание». Он говорил это в контексте работы, когда вокруг классная инфраструктура, единомышленники и атмосфера, то и твои дела идут лучше.

Все так! Это также относится к дому. Красивая посуда, домашняя одежда, удобный матрас, рутина ухода за собой - это не просто для красоты, всё это формирует мир вокруг тебя.

В общем, вот так я себе сказала и собрала полную корзину барахла на вб))

Ещё решила перебрать все полки, сделать генеральную уборку. Посоветуйте пожалуйста мотивирующие книги/блоги/видео на эту тему. По типу Мари Кондо и корейских домохозяек. Сама пройду вот этот курс, расскажу потом, что там интересного!
