Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
