Изначально митинг планировали провести 21 февраля возле арт-объекта «Молекула» рядом с Петрозаводским университетом. Но в администрации города не согласовали это место, сообщив, что в это время и в этом месте уже запланировано другое мероприятие.
Организаторы митинга, карельские коммунисты, решили не отменять митинг и провести там, где разрешили.
Митинг состоится 21 февраля в 13:15. Место проведения — Соломенное, Главная площадь напротив «Пятёрочки.» Доехать можно на автобусе № 14.
