🖇️ творог 180 гр
🖇️ твердый сыр 50 гр
🖇️ 1 яйцо
🖇️ мука 70-80 гр
🖇️ разрыхлитель 5 гр
🖇️ семена (у меня кунжут был)

✔️творог смешать с яйцом, добавить твёрдый натёртый сыр, добавить муку, разрыхлитель и все перемешать
✔️выложить массу на поверхность, присыпанную мукой, сформировать колбаску
✔️режем ее на одинаковые кусочки, размером ~ 3 см, раскатываем руками и формируем кольца
✔️колечки выкладываем на пергамент, посыпаем семенами и выпекаем при 170-180°, примерно 20-25 минут

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
