Я не удивлюсь, если северян опрокинут в итоговом чтении. Это будет такой себе тектонический сдвиг в десятилетиях отношений "матрешки". А дальше... а дальше от них "после сэра Чарльза Дарвина можно будет ожидать электрического стула". По логике - если полномочия от округов переданы области, то зачем эти округа нужны? Почему бы не объединить, не добить уровниловкой. В конце-концов, они что там на Севере, особенные, что ли? И там уже выборы нового губернатора всей объединенной области. Но это апокалиптический сценарий. Будем, друзья, оптимистами и ждать, как я говорил раньше, кулуарных решений ситуации в пользу сохранения сложившегося статуса-кво.
