Ведутся работы на улицах Постовалова, Товарной, Литвиновской, Мичурина, Литейной и Литейном переулке, а также на нескольких улицах в Куровском и на 14 межквартальных проездах.
В период межсезонья подрядчик использует специальные добавки в асфальтобетонную смесь, они позволяют работать при минусовых температурах.
