Напомним, что недавно подготовили похожий рейтинг, в котором Воробьев не смог попасть даже в двадцатку. Тогда основным фактором было наоборот недоверие аудитории. В МО сейчас наблюдается слишком сорт проблем разного уровня.
Вероятнее всего, губернатору захотелось очистить свою репутацию и попасть хоть в какой-то рейтинг, учитывая его любовь к красивым статистикам. Но авторитет главы субъекта складывается к сожаления не из этого, а из поступков.
