Кажется, за 6 дней Кемпа я стала бегать в 1,5 раза быстрее.

Сегодня играла первый парный турнир и наша пара даже выиграла 2 игры из трех. И не важно, что мой напарник был тренер и он вытаскивал 80% розыгрышей 😅. Моя задача была не пропустить летящий в меня мяч и постараться хорошо подать. Ну свои 20% я отработала как могла. На моем уровне отбить мяч в корт и успешно подать всего лишь 2 раза за матч - уже прогресс!

Не знаю, куда сгинул внутренний критик, но я стараюсь отмечать на даже малюсенький прогресс каждый день и концентрироваться на том, что могу улучшить в ближайшее время.
