Очень интересно, как вышло так, что в городе с населением в 130 тыс человек был всего один аппарат МРТ – ХМАО регион небедный, неужели депздрав под управлением господина Добровольского не мог заранее озаботиться запасным вариантом?
Самое интересное, что ни в администрации больницы, ни в профильном ведомствене дают даже примерных сроков, когда оборудование починят, а прием пациентов восстановится.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care.
