🔆 Летний отдых для юных петербуржцев: больше возможностей и поддержки

На одном из последних заседаний Правительства губернатор Санкт-Петербурга Александр Беглов обсудил летнюю оздоровительную кампанию для юных петербуржцев. На отдых и оздоровление детей и молодёжи выделено 3,7 млрд рублей, бюджет на эту сферу увеличивается каждый год.

В 2025 году по льготным путёвкам в детские лагеря смогут поехать 161 тысяча детей, что на 6 тысяч больше, чем в 2024 году. Введены новые меры социальной поддержки: дети с ограниченными возможностями здоровья смогут отдыхать в лагерях бесплатно. Также увеличено количество сертификатов на оплату части стоимости путёвки до 25 тысяч рублей.

Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
