Надзвичайникам вдалося врятувати 4 людей, серед них 1 дитина, також евакуйовано 118 людей.
На місці події рятувальники оперативно розгорнули мобільний пункт незламності. Працюють психологи та медики ДСНС. Залучено 2 кінологічні розрахунки. Громадянам надається всебічна допомога. Працює спеціальна техніка для проведення висотних робіт.
