А что Дума, что СФ столь же давно стали скопищем непонятно для чего собравшихся скучных людей. Ничего не решающих. Раньше хоть драки устраивали, а теперь и того нет - смотреть не на что. Иногда кажется - разойдутся потихоньку депутаты по домам, а 99% населения этого даже и не заметит. Совсем.
