Песочное тесто без яиц☝🏽 Нежное, рассыпчатое с нотками лимона и мягко-похрустывающим маком.
1. Разогреть духовку до 180С 2. Масло растопить в микроволновке и остудить. 3. Отдельно смешать сахар, сахарную пудру и лимонную цедру. Растереть руками. 4. Добавить в сахарную смесь крахмал, размешать венчиком. 5. Постепенно влить масло. 6. Затем всыпать муку и мак и замесить однородное тесто. 7. Выложить тесто в любую форму, утрамбовать, разрезать и проколоть вилкой сверху каждую печеньку. 8. Выпекать 25 минут.
Можно сделать другие вкусы: Апельсин+шоколад Просто с орехами (пекан, миндаль) С корицей #рецепт #veganuary
