Good morning, guys 👋🏼

Вчера мы обсудили с вами стандартные вопросы, которые задаются на собеседовании. Сегодняшний же пост я посвящаю самым не типичным вопросам.

Non-standard interview questions may seem difficult, but if you are prepared and able to show your best qualities, you can make a good impression on recruiters and increase your chances of getting a job.

1. Tell us about your biggest failure.
The purpose of this question is to understand your ability to analyze mistakes.

2. How long have you been looking for a job?
This question shows which areas you are considering and what is important to you in the employers' offers.

3. How long do you plan to work for our company?
The recruiter wants to understand your goals.

4. Why have you changed so many jobs over a certain period of time?
The employer wants to know how you have developed professionally and what motivation is more important to you.

5. How did you optimize your project?
This question provides an opportunity to show your experience.

6. Who was your worst boss?
The recruiter is trying to find out if you keep the negativity in yourself and if you are ready to discuss the shortcomings of the company.

7. Do you enjoy competing?
The employer wants to understand your ambition, as well as your leadership skills.

8. Have you ever had to ask for help from colleagues?
This will show that you are a team player.

10. Show your Instagram page.

Telegram | DID YOU KNOW?

Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
