Челябинская область попала в тройку лидеров УрФО по вводу жилья
В Уральском федеральном округе за 10 месяцев 2024 года построили почти 7,5 миллиона квадратных метров жилой площади — это на 0,9% больше показателей прошлого года. Из них 1,7 миллиона «квадратов» возвели на Южном Урале.
«В 2024 году строительный комплекс достойно отвечает на вызовы, демонстрирует высокие результаты по вводу жилья в эксплуатацию во всех регионах УрФО», — подчеркнул полномочный представитель президента в УрФО Артём Жога.
Челябинская область по объему ввода в эксплуатацию многоквартирного жилья уступила место лишь Свердловской и Тюменской областям. С января по октябрь в них построили 2,6 и 2,05 миллиона «квадратов» соответственно. Четвертую и пятую позицию в рейтинге заняли ХМАО и Курганская область с показателями в 584 и 297 тысяч квадратных метров. На последней строчке разместился ЯНАО с объемом в 255 тысяч «квадратов».
