«Предлагаем запустить в «Спутнике» в качестве пилотных четыре проекта. Это «Модернизация школ», «Модернизация первичного звена здравоохранения», «Моя карьера с Единой Россией» и «Модернизация общежитий вузов». Это позволит нам оценить эффективность «партийной сетки» на местах. А также подтвердить востребованность личного участия граждан в проектах народной программы», - отметил секретарь Генсовета на заседании программной комиссии Единой России.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
