👨‍💼ЕРЗ.РФ: Доля монолитно-кирпичного домостроения выросла в стране до 69,9%

Монолит-кирпич, по данным на 1 ноября 2024 года, остается самым распространенным в России материалом стен многоквартирных домов: из него возводится 69,9% от всей площади строящегося жилья.

📊На панель приходится 11,1%, доля кирпича составляет 10,2%, монолит занимает 5%, а блочное домостроение 3,8% от всей площади возводимого в РФ жилья.

🟠Монолит-кирпич лидирует в 62 регионах. В их числе Республика Ингушетия (100%), Тульская (94,8%) и Астраханская области (94%).

🟠Панель распространена в шести регионах, среди которых Республика Алтай (61,5%), Новгородская (56,5%) и Оренбургская области (54,7%).

🟠Кирпич на первом месте в 15 регионах. В том числе в Республике Коми (100%), Вологодской области (91,7%) и Республике Калмыкия (90,3%).

🟠Монолит доминирует в трех, а блочное домостроение не имеет максимальной доли ни в одном регионе.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
