В январе-марте 2023 года19 126 юридических лиц, осуществляющих деятельность в сфере общественного питания, уплатили 221,2 млрд сумов налогов. Из них 36 млрд сумов,то есть 16,3%,приходится на 20 организаций. Их товарооборот составил 410,1 млрд сумов, а сумма примененных ими налоговых льгот - 5,2 млрд сумов.
📊Поступления, обеспеченные этими 20 крупными налогоплательщиками, в разрезе видов налогов:
▫️НДС - 18,2млрд сумов; ▫️налог на прибыль - 9,7 млрд сумов; ▫️НДФЛ - 6,3 млрд сумов; ▫️другие налоги - 1,8 млрд сумов.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
