Нам понадобится (6 ватрушек): •Творог 500 г •Сыр 100 г •Яйца 2 шт •Соль 1/2 ст.л •Мука 3 ст.л Для начинки (можно все, что угодно): •Помидор •Сыр •Ветчина •Брокколи ⠀ Приготовление: 1️⃣Для теста смешать все ингредиенты и сформировать на пергаменте ватрушки, поставить запекаться до золотистости в разогретую духовку до 180’С, режим верх низ. 2️⃣После этого выложить сверху начинку и снова отправить в духовку чтобы сыр расплавился, это примерно 5 минут.
