Во время прощания президент Адвокатской палаты РБ Булат Юмадилов выразил глубокие соболезнования родным и близким: «Мы всегда будем помнить о нем как о настоящем профессионале, с честью и достоинством отстаивающем интересы своих доверителей, как об отзывчивом коллеге, всегда приходящем на помощь, как о замечательном сыне, брате, муже и отце, который служил примером для своих близких и являлся истинным патриотом нашей страны. Эта потеря стала напоминанием о том, как важна наша деятельность и как высока цена, которую могут платить исполняющие свой долг за страну. Пусть память о нем живет в наших сердцах и делах».

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
