Во Втором кассационном суде Москвы прошло кассационное заседание на приговор акционисту Павлу Крисевичу.
Напомним, что ранее ему назначили 5 лет колонии за акцию с «самоубийством» на Красной площади, а каждый день, проведенный до этого в СИЗО, засчитали за полтора.
«Павел должен выйти в январе 2025, однако, если сегодня кассация скинет месяц-два, то он сможет отметить Новый год с семьей», — заявила перед началом суда его супруга Елена.
В июне 2021 года художник-акционист Павел Крисевич на Красной площади «выстрелил» из холощеного пистолета в воздух и один раз себе в голову, имитируя самоубийство.
