The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
