В целом, запрета нет (см. п. 2 ст. 425 ГК РФ). При этом следует учесть то, что в соответствии с ч. 1 ст. 94 Закона № 44-ФЗ исполнение контракта включает в себя комплекс мер, реализуемых после заключения контракта (см. письмо Минфина России от 01.08.2024 № 24-08-08/71743). Соответственно так поступать не рекомендуется.
