В отделении полиции водитель принёс публичные извинения, однако это не освободило его от ответственности. Следственный комитет Приморского края возбудил уголовное дело по статье «Хулиганство» (п. «а» ч. 1 ст. 213 УК РФ).
Напомним, у пенсионера диагностировали перелом лицевой кости. А агрессор, избивший дедушку — профессиональный спортсмен. Мужчина участвовал в Открытом чемпионате Азии по пауэрлифтингу, жиму лёжа и становой тяге. Категория — до 90 кг. Штрафов у 35-летнего борца не так много, всего их восемь. Последний ему влепили осенью — за превышение скорости.
