Вряд-ли какой-то из указанных вызовов создаст серьезные проблемы для переизбрания действующего главы региона. Однако политблоку предстоит выстраивать работу исходя из того, что их нужно учитывать и приводить к общему знаменателю. Где-то кнутом, а где-то и пряником. Только так можно максимально гладко пройти избирательную кампанию.
