Новым директором НИЦ «Курчатовский институт» сроком на 5 лет назначена Юлия Дьякова.
Юлия Дьякова – инженер-физик, доктор физико-математических наук. Родилась в 1985 году в поселке Комсомольский в Воркуте, Коми АССР. Окончила Московский инженерно-физический институт (технический университет), после чего работала в Институте кристаллографии имени А.В.Шубникова Российской академии наук.
В Курчатовский институт пришла в 2017 году, став заместителем руководителя, а затем руководителем Курчатовского комплекса НБИКС-природоподобных технологий. С 2018 года Юлия Дьякова являлась заместителем директора НИЦ «Курчатовский институт» по научной работе, а в 2021-м заняла пост первого заместителя директора по науке.
