В конце 2022 года мэрия заключила договор с ООО «СЗ «СтройИндустрия» о комплексном развитии территории. Срок его реализации 12 лет. В границах площадки предстоит расселить дома частного сектора, договориться с жителями о выкупе и переезде.
Что появится на территории? Кроме нового жилья это:
- детский сад на 300 мест (будет и школа на 1280 мест для Николаевки, но на соседней площадке КРТ), - спортцентр площадью 3 тыс. кв.м; - сквер; - общественно-деловые и культурные пространства на первых этажах.
Сейчас инвестор ведет работу с собственниками, чьи дома и участки вошли в границы КРТ. 61 участок выкуплен, 32 в стадии оформления документов.
По поручению главы города для жителей Николаевки по вопросам реализации КРТ организован прием рабочей группы.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
