С 1 марта 2023 по 31 декабря 2024 к акции подключились более 10,6 тысячи человек, совершено свыше 1,1 миллиона бесплатных проездов. Воспользоваться бесплатным проездом с этого года могут не только физлица, но и предприниматели, а также юридические лица. Распространяться данная льгота будет только на владельцев электромобилей российской сборки.
В список для бесплатного проезда входят автомобильные дороги М1 «Беларусь», М3 «Украина», М4 «Дон», М11 «Нева», М12 «Восток» и ЦКАД. В настоящее время на трассе М11 на территории Новгородской области функционируют 4 электрозаправки, планируется строительство новых станций.
