Напомним, что еще в марте местные жители обратились к Владимиру Путину с этой проблемой. После этого рязанские чиновники зашевелились – минстрое пообещали, что участок под новый дом уже выбран и вскоре начнется строительство.
Но воз и ныне там – а ведь это была отличная возможность для Павла Малкова продемонстрировать, что он способен решить проблемы, оставшиеся после экс-губернатора Николая Любимова.
